Coverage and Replacement
For qualifying Wolph products, we offer a replacement within 12 months of purchase. This replacement is contingent upon approval by a Wolph Support Representative as part of our Limited Replacement Warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. This policy is designed to address Functional Defects or issues that may arise within the specified timeframe.
Functional Components & Defects
For the sake of this Policy, functional components refer to components of a device, necessary for it's normal use.
Whereas, a functional defect, is any non-wear/tear or user induced damage that prevents the normal use of a product.
Example: A smartwatch with a broken strap buckle, will make it impossible for a user to secure the device on the wrist. Therefore, affects normal use/function.
For this to qualify a product under warranty, it must be found to be the result of manufacturer or factory defect and not the result of mis-use, normal wear/tear or lack of proper maintenance.
Components Covered by Warranty:
-
Water Bottles: Breach to sealing mechanisms and primary liquid containment area.
-
