The NAVA block is a companion to the Nava travel mat and was made to serve as a support accessory throughout your Yoga practice at home or on-the-go.
The Nava block was made from EVA Foam and is soft but retains it's shape for head, back and shoulder support during extraneous poses and movements. It is also useful for other seated poses and acts as an extension of your hands or as a support to enable you settle into difficult positions.
